W2, W3, W4 OBL supports

Universal extensions allowing to move the chimney away from the wall plane. As such: The W2 support allows to move the chimney 150-250 mm, W3 support allows to move the chimney 250-330 mm, W4 support allows to move the chimney 350-430 mm.
